Minimum requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English (intermediate)
- Three (3) years of experience in sales (preferably in the mass consumption or food sector).
- Fluent communication, excellent customer service, and high negotiation skills.
- Have a valid driver's license and own car (essential).
- Full-time availability for field work and compliance with assigned routes.
Responsibilities:
- Visit the Assigned Clients (Restaurants, Markets or Supermarkets), according to the schedule of the routes.
- Manage the prospecting and opening of new clients, as well as the reactivation of accounts.
- Negotiate priority spaces to ensure the correct placement and display of our products at points of sale.
- Prepare orders and ensure compliance with established sales goals.
- Monitor product turnover and report expiration dates or special situations on Products.
- Carry out the timely collection management with the assigned client portfolio.
- Monitor prices and competitors' activities.
- Participate in Commercial Events designated by the Company.
